all drawings will include my watermark which you may not remove under any circumstances

i might record or screenshot the piece as i am working on it and upload it to my social media

prices are subject to change based on demand

i have the right to reject any order that i do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason (see subject limitations section)

currency accepted is either USD or CAD, and all payments will be done through paypal or ko-fi

commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval

don't send me any payment before i have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment

the buyer is not allowed a refund once i started working on the commission

if for any reason i am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund

if you cancel your order before i started it, you can get a full refund.

if you are getting a refund, do not request a paypal chargeback; i will transfer the money back to you myself

if you request a paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece, i will have the full right to profit further from it in any way, and i will decline the chargeback. furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again

i will notify you when i have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund

while i'm working on your commission i will make reviews with you to make sure i make it just right for you!

the amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work

during the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece

the time it takes to finish your commission varies a couple of days - 1 week depending on factors such as personal matters and complexity of the piece

if anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time i will let you know asap

once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image

NOTE that there is no physical product

you get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece

a fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made

if you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, i will charge you a fee to change it. the amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

any commissions may NOT be used for commercial use. if you are looking to commission me for commercial use, contact me privately via email

any commissions may NOT be used in relation to NFTs or AI

i, the artist, reserve all rights to post a watermarked version of the commission on any of my social media, and will include credits of character ownership

the commissioner may upload the finished piece as well, given that they give credit to myself, include a link or mention to my page, and the watermark remains unedited/uncropped

only the commissioner may upload/repost the finished piece, and i do not consent to any of my finished pieces being reposted/resold by other people, with or without credit

the commissioner may make slight edits (cropping, filters, transparency) to the finished piece, but may not edit the actual subject

i, the artist, may use the finished piece in future art books, portfolios, promotions WITH consent from the commissioner and credit to the character owner. if the commissioner would NOT like the finished piece to be used as such, they may discuss it with me and i'd be happy to accommodate them.

i will try my best to make your artistic visions come true!

if you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together

i am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before i start on your commission

extreme fetish content (unhygienic bodily fluids, waste)

underaged characters in inappropriate situations

incest

severe gore (some blood/injury is fine)

mecha/complex mechanical components (small or simple components may be doable, so be sure to ask first)

after completing the transaction, you will receive one certificate of authenticity and one signed permission form that is personalized with your name and the name of the art piece

the tattoo pass you are purchasing is only good for one tattoo for one person

please contact your tattoo artist beforehand to ensure that they are comfortable with tattooing the work of someone else. the certificate and permission form that you are receiving should help in ensuring their willingness to do so

do not alter or edit the design in any way. if there are any changes in colour, etc. please let me know before purchasing your tattoo pass

if you and/or your tattoo artist wish to post the finished tattoo on social media, even if it is a site than i am not active on, you must credit me as the original artist, with my full name and/or social media handles
